摘    要:20世纪80年代,美国高等教育界曾经针对本科教育质量的下滑而围绕“怎样使本科教学更优秀”这一主题,提出了一系列改进教学、提高教学质量的对策,这些对策充分体现了以学生为本的教育理念。在学习、分析和借鉴美国高校本科教学改革相关对策的基础上,我们的本科教学必须以尊重学生的主体地位和创新意识为前提,通过积极调动学生的学习积极性和创设良好的学习氛围,并辅之以相应的教学策略,进一步改进本科教学,把提高本科教学质量和人才培养质量落到实处。

Abstract:In 1980s, in view of the decline of teaching quality in undergraduate course, to the point of the topic "how to make undergraduate course teaching excellent" the American higher education authority put forward a series of countermeasures to better teaching and improve the quality and they totally express the educational idea students centered. Based the study, analysis and use for conference the policy of teaching reformation in American college, the regular college teaching in our country should respect student as the main part and their creative sense as premise, stimulate their study activity, create better study atmosphere, assisted with relative teaching strategy to improve regular college teaching quality and the quality of students.
