| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难已经成为当前受到普遍关注的热点问题,也是我国当前宏观经济管理中亟待解决的重要课题。本文从大学生就业供需方面入手,探讨了其中的影响因素;并运用蛛网模型,分析大学生供求矛盾产生的根本原因;提出了解决大学生就业难问题的基本思路。

| Abstract: | College graduates employment has been the focus of public concern and become an important issue to be solved in current macrocconomic management in China. This paper investigates the factors influencing supply and demand of college graduates employment, analyzes the fundamental reasons for supply and demand contradiction with the aid of the cobweb model and sets forth the fundamental idea to solve the problem of college graduates employment. |
