摘    要:人本原理的基本内涵是尊重人、依靠人、发展人、为了人。高校教师除了具有人力资源的一般特性之外,还具有独特性。这些独特性决定了高校实施教师绩效管理更要体现"以人为本"的理念,凸显教师的主体地位,最大限度地调动其积极性和创造性。
