| 摘 要： | 高职教师队伍的建设是关系高等职业教育改革和发展的关键因素。文章首先针对高职教育的特点,分析了当前高职教师继续教育中普遍存在的一些问题,进而结合实际,从建立高职教师继续教育保障机制等方面入手,对高职教师的继续教育提出了一些建设性意见。
