| 摘 要： | 通过拓展镶嵌自主性理论,构建了政策镶嵌度、企业行为与绩效理论模型,实证检验了政策的获益性、复杂性、适合性、信赖度对企业行为和企业绩效的影响。研究结果证实,政策的获益性、信赖度对企业行为和企业绩效有正向影响,而政策的复杂性对企业行为和企业绩效有负向影响。该结果说明,政府在制定和执行政策过程中应该着眼于提升政策的获益性和信赖度,降低政策的复杂性,从而促进企业绩效的改进。本研究最后还发现,企业绩效的改善受企业资本额大小的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of Mosaic theory of self-expanding,this paper instructures the theoretical model of policy embeddedness,enterprise behavior and performance.The empirical study tests the effect of the benefits of policy,complexity,suitability and reliability on behavior and performance of enterprises.The major conclusions include: The benefits of policies and reliability have positive effects on the behavior and performance of business;The complexity of policies have a negative impact on the behavior and performance of business.The results indicate that on the process of the policy formulation and implementation,the government should focus on improving benefits and reliability of policy,reducing the complexity of the policy,thus it contributes to the improvement of business performance.Finally,the study finds that the performance improvement of enterprises is affected by the size of enterprise capital. |
