| 摘 要： | 教师队伍素质和结构是影响学校人才培养类型和质量的关键因素。地方本科院校在建设专职教师队伍的同时,也要加强兼职教师队伍建设。加强地方本科院校兼职教师队伍的建设的需要做好的几方面工作:做好调研与规划,构建兼职教师资源库;加强培训与指导,提高兼职教师教学水平;完善管理与监督,激发兼职教师的自觉性与积极性。

| Abstract: | Teachers＇ quality and structure affect the school personnel training type and quality. Local universities should strengthen the construction of teacher team, at the same time, we should also strengthen the construction of part-time teachers. The strengthening of local undergraduate college part-time teachers contingent construction needs to do the job of a few respects： to do research and planning, construction of part-time teacher resources; strengthen the training and guidance, improve the part-time teachers＇ teaching level; to perfect the management and supervision in order to stimulate teachers initiative and enthusiasm. |
