| 摘 要： | 高等院校体育教学团队的建设可以推动学校的专业建设,学科建设及人才培养等方面的工作.本文主要采用文献资料法和专家访问法对黑龙江省高校滑雪课程教学团队建设的必要性和途径进行了分析.旨在为进一步提升我省滑雪体育师资水平和层次提供参考依据.
