摘    要:可控源音频大地电磁CSAMT一维正演计算,采用汉克尔变换求解含有零阶和一阶贝塞尔函数的积分式,传统串行正演算法循环计算每个频率的视电阻率值,因克尔变化计算较慢。在Windows系统上使用Fortran语言和MPICH2工具,对频率采用对等模式,开发了基于MPI的CSAMT一维正演并行计算程序。通过与一维CSAMT串行程序的对比,验证了并行程序的正确性,为CSAMT一维全区资料反演和多维计算提供了并行研究基础。

Abstract:CSAMT (Controlled Source Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics) one dimensional forward calculation finds integral solution with zero order and first order Bessel function by using Hankel transform.Traditional serial forward algorithm circularly calculate the apparent resistivity value of each frequency .Because Hankel transform is slow at calculation. In this paper, we use the Fortran language and MPICH2 tools in Windows system to find a peer-to-peer mode for frequency. A one-dimensional forward parallel computing program is developed for CSAMT,on the base of MPI. By contrast with the one-dimensional CSAMT serial procedures, we verified the cor-rectness of the parallel program. It can provide a parallel research foundation for the CSAMT 1-DFull-Region in-version and multidimensional computation.
