| 摘 要： | 竞技体育发展的实践表明,当运动成绩发展到一定阶段,运动员的先天条件就成为促进或制约运动成绩提高的主导因素,因而,只有在儿童、少年时期,通过科学测试手段与方法,选拔那些适于从事某项运动,具有“天赋”的苗子进行培养,才有可能达到较高的运动水平。

| Abstract: | The developing sports shows when a player reaches a fairly high level, the player's congenital condition is to be the most important factor to influence the sports result. So we use scientific testing method to chose those who are suitable for sports and have the inborn condition for sports to train during their childhood and early youth. Only in this way, the player can reach the higher sports level. |
