| 摘 要： | 成人教育在当代社会生活中的现实意义经常被泛化。很多人把成人教育理解成为仅仅是针对成年人的继续教育。现代社会已经进入了学习型社会。在学习型社会背景下的成人教育在当代企业人力资源开发中有着极其重要的现实意义。通过分析目前中国企业人力资源开发中现状,揭示了成人教育在人力资源开发中的意义,目的在于为企业中成人教育实践提出建设性方案,提高企业中人力资源开发的效率。

| Abstract: | The practical significance of adult education in the contemporary society is often generalized.The concept of adult education is treated as merely the continuing education for adults.The modern society is moving toward a learning society.In the learning society,adult education is of great significance in the human resource development in the contemporary enterprises.By analyzing the current situation of the human resource development in Chinese enterprises,this paper is expected to reveal the practical significance of adult education and put forward constructive proposals with the purpose of improving the efficiency of human resource development. |
