| 摘 要： | 目前,高校图书馆普遍存在图书馆馆员年龄老化、素质偏低、服务不到位以及图书馆经费短缺等问题。构建和谐高校图书馆,实现高校图书馆的可持续发展,应从以下几方面进行:改变图书馆馆员结构,提高图书馆馆员素质;加强图书馆馆员的道德修养,提高服务质量;拓展图书馆馆员的服务领域,完善服务体系;多渠道融资,解决高校图书馆资金短缺问题;更新高校图书馆硬件设施,改善环境建设;加强高校图书馆的民主管理,创新高校图书馆管理理念。

| Abstract: | Currently,there are the prevalent problems in the university library in China such as the librarian too aged with low quality,the services not in place and the library funding shortage.To build the harmonious university library and achieve the sustainable development for the university library,the management should change the librarian structure and improve the librarian quality;strengthen the moral development of the librarian and improve the service quality;expand the librarian services and perfect the service system;use the multi-channel financing to address the fund shortage problem of university library;renew the facilities of university library to improve the environment;strengthen the democratic management of university library and innovate the management philosophy of university library. |
