| 摘 要： | 针对目前科技期刊编辑普遍存在知识能力结构与期刊发展不相适应的现状,研究分析了科技期刊编辑应具备的知识能力,提出了科技期刊编辑应具备3个层面的知识能力结构,即：基本知识技能、科学而正确的思维方式、勇站学科前沿,引领学科发展是编辑具备上述知识能力结构对办出高水平科技期刊具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the common problem that the knowledge and ability of sci-tech journal editors are not adapted to the development of sci-tech journals,this paper explores the structure of knowledge and ability of sci-tech journal editors,including basic knowledge and skills,scientific way of thinking,ability leading the academic development,which is of great importance to publish high-level sci-tech journals. |
