| 摘 要： | 惯常居所地作为属人法连结点，逐渐为世界上大多数国家和国际条约所采用，已经取代国籍和住所成为属人法的发展趋势。在最新颁行的《涉外民事关系法律适用法》中，我国首次采用经常居所地这一新的概念作为属人法的连接点。这一改变缓解了长期以来国籍和住所两大连接点的分庭抗礼的局面，同时也符合我国当前的法制形式，对于我国国际私法立法的完善具有重要意义。
