基于伦理学的大众媒体公信力探讨

摘    要:计算机等应用通信技术的快速发展为网络媒体迅猛发展提供了平台,网络媒体与传统媒体之间的竞争也日趋激烈,大众得到和传播资讯的频道越来越多,但媒体的公信力却在下降,改变现状应从以下几个方面入手:以新闻真实性为基础,建立媒体的诚信价值体系;以媒体人应有的社会责任为基础,提高从业人员道德素质;以媒体行为的制度约束为基础,强化对媒体的监督力度;以规范行为为基础,提高媒体的舆论引导功能。

Abstract:The fast and rapid development of communication technologies like computers has provided a great platform for the spanking development of the Internet media.The competition between Internet media and traditional media is getting intense.The public now have plenty of ways of access to the media channel and get the information they want.However,the credibility of the media is decreasing.Here are some ways to change such situation: the media people should report news based on the truth and build an integrity value system of the media;the media people should be aware of their basic social responsibilities and increase their moral qualities;the constraint system of the media behavior should strengthen the supervision of the media.With the regulation,the credibility of the media should rise and the media can lead the public opinion.
