摘    要:针对高职公共英语教学学生英语基础差异大、教学效果不明显的问题,在教学实践研究基础上,探索将分层次教学和形成性评价在教学中进行整合的"立体化过程化教学管理"模式,并提出相关的教学策略,对促进高职公共英语改革具有积极的意义。

Abstract:On the basis of practical teaching research,a horizontal and longitudinal teaching management mode is introduced to integrate stratified teaching and formative assessment in public English teaching at higher vocational college to reduce the students' disparity and enhance the teaching efficiency.Several teaching strategies are also proposed in the paper which is beneficial to promote the reform of English teaching at higher vocational college.
