| 摘 要： | 学习支持服务是远程开放教育的重要组成部分,建立和完善网络学习支持服务体系是远程开放教育的一项十分紧迫的任务.本文考察了上海南汇区的远程开放学习者的网络学习环境,对上海电视大学南汇分校远程开放教育网络学习支持服务情况进行了调查和分析,并提出了相应建议.

| Abstract: | Learning support service system is an important part of distance education. The construction and improvement of learning support service system is an urgent task distance education is confronted with. In the article, network learning environments of distance education in Nanhui district are reviewed, distance education holding service system of Nanhui Branch of Shanghai TV university is analyzed, and suggestions for improvement are put forward. |
