摘    要:高等职业教育的飞速发展对高职院校的定位和办学特色提出了更高的要求.在高职院校的课程体系构建和课程目标的设置上都强调以“能力为本位”,要达到这一要求,作为一线的任课教师要进行教学模式的改革,通过采用“任务驱动”教学法来加强学生能力的培养。

Abstract:The fast development of higher Vocational Education put higher requirements to the development and schooling character of higher vocational colleges,the curriculum system building and courses objectives set up are focused on "capacity-based".To achieve this requirement,I think that as the professional teachers should carry out the reform of teaching model,and should enhance the training of students' capacity through the use of "mission-driven" teaching methodology.
