| 摘 要： | 日本高校产学研合作开展较早,为了大力推进产、学、研合作,日本政府创造了良好的合作环境。当前,日本高校产学研有共同研究、委托研究、委托研究员制度、捐赠制度、设立共同研究中心、设置与学术有关的法人等多种合作形式。借鉴日本的经验,我国高校在开展产学研合作的过程中,应加强产学研合作的制度建设,注重产学研合作中介机构的作用,通过产学研合作促进大学和企业的共同发展。

| Abstract: | Japanese universities carry out the cooperation of production,teaching and research very early.In order to promote the cooperation,Japanese government creates favorable cooperative environment.At present,Japanese universities have many cooperative forms of production,teaching and research,such as the cooperative research,the mandatory research,the mandatory researcher system,the donation system and establishing companies related with academy.During the process of carrying out the cooperation of production,teaching and research in China's universities,we should strengthen the system construction of cooperation,value the function of facilitating agencies in the cooperation to promote the mutual development of universities and enterprises by using Japanese experiences as reference. |
