| 摘 要： | 缺乏有效的联盟控制是造成联盟失败的重要因素之一。基于情境依赖的观点,构建了一个基于任务、关系和环境特征的联盟控制有效性的分析框架,拓展了以往关于正式控制与社会控制互补或替代的观点,并揭示了在特定场合下如何有效选择控制方式组合以提高联盟绩效的依据。

| Abstract: | One of key reasons why strategic alliances fail is the lack of effective alliance control mechanism. Based on the context dependent perspective,the article establishes an analytical framework upon the task,relationship,and environment characteristics. We expand the previous views of complementary or substitutive relationship between formal control and social control,and reveal the rational selection approach of control mechanisms under specific occasions. |
