| 摘 要： | 为适应高等教育大众化快速发展和毕业生就业市场激烈竞争的需要,针对传统专业及其课程体系的陈旧僵化,临沂师范学院按＂从出口往回找＂的思路,重构课程体系和教学内容,优化配置课程资源,按要素建设单门课程,建立课程研发机制,提高课程创新能力,创新教学模式,实现＂教＂、＂学＂互动,改革评课程价机制,实行动课程态管理,明确了以课程作为各类教学资源配置的基本载体,实现了人才培养模式与课程体系的进一步优化,较好地解决了招生与就业＂两张皮＂问题,探索出一条地方院校提升内涵建设的创新之路。
