| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是职业教育发展的关键和基础,通过继续教育推动职业学校教师素质的提高成为职业教育发展的客观要求,也成为教育管理者的共识。职业学校教师继续教育应该实现教学内容与模式的现场化、培训网络的层次化、培训渠道的多元化,并建立继续教育的评价体系,以真正促进职业学校教师的专业发展。
