| 摘 要： | 在高等学校的国有资产管理中,无形资产的管理一直处于一个薄弱环节,存在着对其重要性认识不足,管理制度不完善,对各种专利和成果保护不得力,以致造成国有资产流失等现象.本文阐述了我国高校无形资产的类型和对学校发展的作用,分析了目前高校无形资产管理中存在的主要问题,提出了解决问题的基本对策和措施.
