远程教育学习支持服务满意度影响因素研究

摘    要:为明确远程教育学习者对学习支持服务的满意度现状,根据满意度量表,运用SPSS19.0统计软件对问卷数据进行分析,发掘其影响因素。研究显示不同年龄、学历和专业的学生对满意度有显著差异,根据远程教育学校在管理和服务等方面存在的问题,提出了远程教育机构要"以学生为中心",提高学习支持服务质量的建议,以促进远程教育科学发展。

Research on Satisfaction Degree of Learning Support Services in Distance Education
Abstract:In order to clarify satisfaction degree of learning support services in distance education ,accord‐ing to the satisfaction scale ,using SPSS19 .0 statistical software ,the paper analyzes the data from question‐naire .The paper identifies the satisfaction degree and finds the different satisfaction degree in different age , education and professional students in learning support service .Studies have show n that the problems in management and services in distance education schools .T he paper proposes that the school should emphasize"student -centered"strategy and improve the students'satisfaction degree ,so as to develop distance educa‐tion scientifically .
