| 摘 要： | 本世纪以来，我国新建了一大批地方性本科院校。随着教育部《大学英语课程教学要求》的实施，加上历史和现状等原因，新建本科院校的大学英语教学亟需建立符合自身应用型人才培养要求的新模式。“3＋1＋X”模式是一种基于课堂教学和网络教学相结合的模式，它能更好地促进学生的个性化和自主式学习，提高其英语学习动机和学习效果，并有助于教师对教学过程和学生学习情况的实时把握，提升教学效率。

| Abstract: | China has founded several local universities and colleges of undergraduate course in this century. With the issue of ＂College English Curriculum Requirements＂ , for the reasons of current situation and history, newly-founded universities need a new English teaching mode which corresponds to their applied talent training requirements. ＂3 ＋ 1 ＋ X＂ teaching mode is a combination based on classroom teaching and online teaching. It can promote students＇ individual and autonomous learning, improve students＇ English learning motivation and effects. It can also help teachers to grasp real-time teaching process and students＇ learning so as to improve teaching efficiency. |
