| 摘 要： | 首先，通过分析高校办公室在构建和谐校园中的角色定位，指出和谐是办公室工作的根本要求、目标和精髓；其次，通过论述办公室如何在日常事务管理中促进和谐校园建设、在辅助决策中推动和谐校园建设、在服务师生中保障和谐校园建设，以及如何加强办公室自身和谐建设；最后，提出只有明确办公室自身的角色定位和要求，加强自身和谐建设，才能通过优质工作和热情的服务，为创建安定、有序、和谐的校园环境做出贡献。
