| 摘 要： | 高等教育国际化是当代世界高等教育发展的基本趋势之一。当前，我国高等教育国际化存在一些问题，主要有：对知识经济以及信息时代高等教育国际化的新特点重视不够；对加入WTO高等教育国际化的挑战认识不足；高等教育国际化的层次较低，发展进程不够平衡。解决上述问题，就必须制订高等教育国际化发展战略及其相关政策；大力发展留学生教育；积极开展远程教育。

| Abstract: | The internationalization of higher education is one of the major trends for the higher education development in contemporary world.As forChina,there exist some problems in the internationalization of higher education,including as follows:the new features of higher educational internationalization during the age of knowledge economy and information are not emphasized reasonably;the challenge posed by WTO is not understood fully and the internationalizations is developed on a lower level as well as along an imbalanced course.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,China should draw up some corresponding developing strategies and policies;devote major efforts to promoting education of international students and develop the long-distance education energetically. |
