| 摘 要： | 专业技术人员继续教育就是对专业技术人员进行补充、更新、拓展相关专业知识和技能,完善知识结构,提高综合素质,增强创新能力的教育。教师作为一个特殊的群体,有必要开展对教师继续教育的研究。为此从自主性、实用性、反思性、合作性、终身性、远程性与创新性等几个方面探讨教师继续教育的特征。

| Abstract: | Continuing education of professional technicians should supplement,innovate and expand expertise and skills,perfect knowledge structure,improve comprehensive quality,and strengthen creativity.It is necessary to study the continuing education of teachers as a special group.This paper explores the features of teachers'continuing education from the features of independence,practicality,introspection,cooperation,being lifelong,distance and innovation. |
