| 摘 要： | 强迫症的病因至今还不明确。本文试从生理因素、社会因素、个人心理内环境三方面的模式图来解释强迫症的病理原因。对于强迫症的治疗与预防可以针对这三个方面展开,最重要的是改善心理内环境,并综合各种方法加以防治。本文认为强迫症的防治关键还在于自我悦纳,改变心理内环境,即改变认知,辩证地看待道德,承认人格的阴影,允许将其整合纳入自己的整个精神,达到真正意义上的成长。

| Abstract: | Up to now, the causation of obsessive-compulsive disorder is still obscure. This passage attempts to explore the causation with a model. This model includes biological factors, social factors and individual mental inner environment factors. People can cure the obsessive-compulsive disorder and defend against it according to these three aspects by using integrated methods. And improving the mental inner environment is the most important method. The passage believes that the key point in prevention and cure is self-acceptance and improving the mental inner environment. That is to say, one with obsessive-compulsive disorder should change his cognition, view morality dialectically, admit the negative aspects in his personality and integrate them into his whole mental world, and then approaches the true growth. |
