| 摘 要： | 在资助高校贫困生过程中,会出现一些侵害贫困生隐私权现象。常见的侵权行为主要来自于高校、资助人、新闻媒体和银行。贫困生隐私权保护涉及到贫困生隐私权与高校管理权、公共利益、公众知情权、新闻自由、资助人及银行债权之间的冲突和衡量。保护贫困生的权利应该坚持利益衡量原则,重点提高高校、资助人、银行、新闻媒体及贫困生的隐私权保护意识。
