西方教育立法实践的发展特点及其借鉴意义

摘    要:西方教育立法的实践经历了为建立现代学校体系的教育立法阶段,为普及现代教育的立法阶段,为全面确定现代教育体系的立法阶段等三个不同的发展时期。分析不同时期的发展特点,认真研究这些特点,对于完善我国的教育立法,有十分重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The paper thinks the practice of education legislation in the West has undergone three different stages: the stage of legislation for establishing modern school system, the stage of legislation for popularizing modern education and the stage of legislation for setting modern educational system comprehensively. It also analyses the development characteristics of the different stages and points out that earnestly studying these charactevistics is helpful to perfect the education legislationin of our country.
