| 摘 要： | 新课改对各学科都提出了新的要求,同样新课改也响应健康中国理念的号召,对体育教学也提出了新的要求,将体育纳入中考体系当中已经成为当前在初中阶段施行的教学方案之一。以往在初中教育体系中对体育教学的要求较低,体育教师发展前景较差,使得体育教师的专业素养始终没有得到有效的提升,也直接限制了学生身体素质的提升,为了改变这种现状,让体育教学满足当前国家的要求,本文将主要分析新课改下提升初中体育教师专业发展的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for all disciplines,and the new curriculum reform also responds to the call of the concept of healthy China.It also puts forward new requirements for physical education.The inclusion of physical education in the high school entrance examination system has become the current implementation of the junior high school stage One of the teaching programs.In the past,the requirements for physical education in the junior high school education system were low and the development prospects of physical education teachers were poor.As a result,the professional quality of physical education teachers has not been effectively improved.It also directly restricted the improvement of students'physical fitness.In order to change this The current situation allows physical education to meet the current national requirements.This article will mainly analyze the methods and approaches to improve the professional development of junior high school physical education teachers under the new curriculum reform. |
