| 摘 要： | 以问卷调查的形式，通过以电子邮件发放和回收问卷为主的方式，对全国14所高等院校的外语系教师做了研究分析。问卷的设计从包括调查对象学历等基本情况、培训情况、培训项目以及教师培训评价方式等几个方面来制定。问卷回收后通过EXCEL对数据进行逐个统计，并转换为相关数据图表（柱形图）。通过分析发现，现今大学英语教师队伍存在年轻化、低职称、年龄结构不平衡等问题，大多数教师期望能得到长期和系统的培训。
