| 摘 要： | 财产权是一个社会的核心,对财产权正当性的态度是一个政党执政理念的决定性因素。十届全国人大第二次会议通过的宪法修正案,明确规定了公民的私有财产不受侵犯的原则,反映了中国共产党由革命党理念向执政党理念的巨大转变,是中国共产党执政能力建设的一大飞跃。

| Abstract: | Property right is a social core,and appropriate attitude to it is a decisive factor of a political party's ruling thought.The 2~(nd) meeting at the Tenth People's Representative Conference passed the amendment of the constitution,stipulating that the private property shall be inviolable,which reflected the great change of CPC from the thought of the revolutionary party to that of the ruling party.This is great progress of CPC in the construction of its ruling abilities. |
