| 摘 要： | 21世纪是人才竞争激烈的世纪。采用调查法、访谈法和献资料法，较为详细地分析了高校体育专业人才培养工作中存在的问题，并从21世纪人才的特征和未来体育发展趋势的角度，论述了21世纪高校体育专业人才应具备的素质和能力，以及素质和能力的培养途径和方法，旨在为高校体育专业人才培养和实施创新教育提供参考。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is the talents' century,a century with fierce competition. This paper analyzes problems existing in the work of training quality of sports talents and describes quality and ability they should possess in the 21st century from talents' characteristic and angle of the sports development trend of 21st century. The way and method of cultivating quality and ability is also mentioned in this paper in order to provide reference for the training and educating innovation. |
