| 摘 要： | 基于对社会信息化理论和社会信息化测度意义的分析,在目前众多的社会信息化测度方法中选取四种有代表性的测度法(波拉特法、RITE模型、综合信息产业力度法和信息化综合指数法)进行简要介绍后,分为国外方法、国内方法两组予以比较,得出结论:目前仍没有一种为公众广泛承认的理论;方法的不断更新必须是学术研究与实践过程中的常态.最后提出在重新设计新的社会信息化测度方法时应注意解决的5个问题.
