印度软件企业国际化经营中的人力资源开发

摘    要:经济全球化必然导致人才的国际化,人才国际化的关键是企业技术的培养直接与国际接轨.印度软件企业飞速发展的原因是政府大力支持、先天语言优势以及独特的软件人力资源开发模式和对机遇的准确把握等因素共同作用的结果,而独特的人力资源开发模式是关键.印度软件企业人力资源开发的成功得益于政府和企业的共同努力,其在师资培养、教材选用、培养对象、培训内容等方面的独特做法值得我们借鉴.

Abstract:The international management of enterprises needs an ensured development and management of human resources. The globalization of economy will lead to the internationalization of high quality personnel. The key to this is the linkage between the technology of enterprises and the international market. The secrets behind the success of Indian software enterprises mainly lie in substantial support from the government, the advantage in language, the approaches of human resource development and the skillful grasp of opportunities. The key is its unique human resource development strategies. India has accumulated rich experiences in staff training, selection of teaching materials, as well as objects and contents of training. China can learn from these experiences.
