| 摘 要： | 根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出的"将继续教育纳入区域、行业总体发展规划。行业主管部门或协会负责制定行业继续教育规划和组织实施办法。"的要求,从行业继续教育顶层设计规划入手,建立起行业继续教育"校企合作"的新体制及互利共赢的继续教育"会员制"运行机制。高校和行业所属企业共同搭建继续教育运行、服务平台,为行业所属企业提供全员、开放和学习者个人免费学习的教育服务,从而推动高校继续教育的发展及行业继续教育的普及。

| Abstract: | According to request of "bringing continue education into the overall development plan of region and industries,while the industries authority or association being responsible for planning and organizing the implementation of continuing education methods from national middle-long term educational reform and development planning outline",from the industries' top-level design and planning,we establish the new co-ordinated continuing education pattern and mutually beneficial "membership" operation mechanism.Through this model,universities and industries-owned enterprises build a service platform together,provide the entire personnel,open and free learning service.Thus the development of continuing education of universities and industries will be promoted and popularized. |
