| Abstract: | This paper gives the definition of continuous education model and analyses the types, criteria and methods of continuous education model for primary school teachers. It also constructs the three -grade model system of province, manicipality and county for the second period of primary school teachers' continuous education in Hunan province, with specific study on the training model of county grade. |
