| 摘 要： | 梅贻琦是我国近代著名的高等教育理论家和实践者,＂大师论＂是诸多学者研究梅贻琦教师观时关注的核心。其实,大学教师不会都成为大师。从梅贻琦先生原著入手,可以进一步探究梅贻琦教师观的丰富内容与实践效果。梅贻琦教师观是在＂良师＂的基础上进一步要求成为＂大师＂的。＂良师——大师——密切师生关系交往＂,三点贯通,形成了梅贻琦先生系统、完备的教师观。

| Abstract: | Mei Yiqi was one of the most famous theorists and practitioners in higher education in modern China.Many scholars focus on his view of Masters＂ in their researches.However,not all university teachers can become masters.Close reading of Mei Yiqi＇s original work shows that Masters＂ is a higher requirement based on Good Teachers＂.Mei＇s view of teachers is composed of Good Teachers＂,Masters＂ and close teacher-student relationship＂. |
