| 摘 要： | “公民合法的私有财产不受侵犯”的概念第一次写入社会主义国家的宪法，反响强烈。我国应进一步从财产所有权客体的保护、协调私人财产权益和公共利益的关系等方面完善私人财产的法律保护。保护私有财产，对于规制政府的权力、坚持和完善我国的基本经济制度、推进依法治国、实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标以及公民人格的完善，意义重大。

| Abstract: | Citizen's private lawful properties are inviolable has been written in the constitution of a socialist country for the first time,which has evoked extensive repercussions.Our country should further perfect the legal protection of private properties in the protection of the object of property ownership,the coordination of the relations between private property rights and public interests, etc.The protection of private property is of great significance in regulating the government's power,sticking to and perfecting our country's basic economic systems,promoting ruling the country according to law,the all-sided realization of a well-off society and perfecting citizen's personality. |
