欠发达地区中学英语教师专业发展调查研究——以江西省赣州市为例

摘    要:在我国基础教育中,英语学科的师资状况令人担忧。2001年教育部颁布的《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》对我国基础教育领域的课程改革提出了新的要求和思路。通过对经济欠发达地区赣州市中学英语教师的专业发展现状的调研,可探寻经济欠发达地区中学英语教师实现自我专业发展的有效途径,为实现新课改目标打下基础。

Abstract:The EFL teachers' professional quality in the elementary education in China is troubling.The Ministry of Education issued The Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial Implementation) which put forward the new requirements and thoughts for the enducation industry in 2001.In this context,this paper is to study the professional development situation of the EFL teachers in Ganzhou under the new curriculum reform,try to provide some suggestions to accomplish the goal of new curriculum reform.
