| 摘 要： | 高等学校思想政治教育不仅要强调领导者的权力影响力，而且应该重领导者的非权力影响力。领导者的非权力影响力包括品德、才能、知识、情感等多方面的内容；它是领导影响力的内在因素，是搞好各项工作的坚实基础，具有非常重要的作用。因此，当前必须着力提高领导者的整体素质，充分发挥非权力影响力的作用，切实搞好学校思想教育工作。

| Abstract: | Political work at colleges should not only stress leaders' power influence but also their non-power influence.The nonpower influence includes morality,ability,knowledge,affection,etc.It is the interior factor of leaders' influence,and the firm foundation for different kinds of work,so it is of great importance.Therefore,there is a great need to better the leaders' qualities,fully play the role of non-power influence and do effective political work at colleges. |
