| 摘 要： | 作为成人本科师范院校,中小学教师继续教育是我院长期以来办学的特色和优势所在。在长达13年的实践中,我院中小学教师继续教育呈现出自身鲜明的特点,主要包括定位的明确性、国家级培训的示范性和开放性、科研的支撑性以及培训理念和培训模式的创新性。认真总结我院中小学教师继续教育工作的内涵与特点,对我院的改建发展将具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | As a adult teachers institute,the continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers is the characteristic andadvantage of our institute s education for a long time.Over the 13 years practices,our institute s continuing education for primaryand secondary school teachers has its own distinctive features,mainly including the clarity of positioning,demonstration and openness of national training,support of researches and innovativeness of training concept and model.Conscientiously summing up thecontents and characteristics of our institute s continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers will be of great significance to the alteration and development of our institute. |
