| 摘 要： | 建立农民工社会保障制度是构建和谐社会的必然要求.建立农民工社会保障制度的基本思路和对策应以马克思主义社会保障思想为指导,坚持局部服从和促进整体发展的原则;坚持全方位设计,分类指导、分层级推进的原则.加快制度创新步伐.努力消除农民工社会保障的制度性障碍,加快建立适合农民工特点的社会保障制度,促进社会和谐发展.

| Abstract: | It is necessary to build up the peasant workers social security system in order to construct harmonious society.The basic thought and countermeasure of the establishment of peasant workers' social security system should be under the guidance of Marcist social security thought.It should insist on the principle of partially obeying,promoting whole development,all round design,classified instruction and gradational advancing.Quicden the step of system's creation,try our best to eliminate the systematical obstacle of the peasant workers social security,speed up to establish the social security system which fits for peasant workers' features,and promote the society developing harmoniously. |
