摘    要:目前,地方高校在企业员工继续教育市场受到冷遇,很大原因在于所提供的课程体系内容不能满足员工综合能力提高的需要,教学方式不适合新生代企业员工的学习习惯,而校企合作共建共享网络课程体系可以看作解决这一问题的有效方法。文章从远程教育视阈出发,系统说明了校企共建共享网络课程可行性建设原则,并结合温州大学开展的企业教育,对共建共享机制进行了实践探索。

Abstract:At present,a lot of local colleges suffers form cold reception in continuing education market of enterprise staff.An important reason is the course system cannot meet the needs of employees to improve the comprehensive abilities,and teaching method is not suitable for the new generation of enterprise employees' learning habits.While the school-enterprise cooperation in co-construction and sharing of network curriculum system can be regarded as an effective method to solve this problem.Combining the enterprise education with college,the article systematically describes the feasibility of network course,construction principles and practical exploration in the co-construction and sharing in the view of distance education.
