| 摘 要： | 加强和改进非公有制经济组织党的建设是贯彻“三个代表”重要思想、巩固党的阶级基础、扩大党的群众基础、提高党的社会影响力的必然要求,也是维护非公有制经济从业人员的合法权益、迎接加入WTO带来的挑战、提高党的基层组织的生存能力和战斗力的需要。因此,必须进一步明确非公有制经济组织中党组织的定位,找准非公有制经济组织党建工作的切入点和着力点,不断扩大党建工作的覆盖面。要以工会组织为有效载体,建立科学的工作机制,切实加强和改进党组织的自身建设。

| Abstract: | The Party's construction in the non-publicly-owned economy must be strengthened and improved in order to carry out the important idea of the "Three Representations" to consolidate the Party's class bases, to broaden the Party's mass bases and to enhance the Party's social influence. This can defend the legal interests of the people who are working in the non-publicly-owned economic unit to meet the challenge after our joining the WTO. It is necessary to enhance the existing ability of the basic Party organizations. All these require us to strengthen and improve the Parry's construction of the non-publicly-owned e-conomy. Therefore, the position of the Party's organizations in non-publicly-owned economy must be further made clearly and definitely. The Party's construction must be expanded continuously to the vital point. The scientific working mechanism that is based on the Labor Union Organization should be set up in order to practically strengthen and improve the Party's self-construction. |
