| 摘 要： | 随着“双向选择、自主择业”的就业政策的不断推进,许多大学生不能正确把握自我与社会的需求,心理上产生种种矛盾与冲突,在求职择业时感到焦虑、灰心,无奈和迷茫,出现了严重的心理障碍。本文就大学生择业心理障碍的表现、成因进行探讨,并有针对性的提出调适策略。

| Abstract: | With the advance of the employment policy bidirectional choices,independent in the choice of careers,many college students can't properly consider the demands from themselves and the society.Various contradictions and conflicts result in their anxiety,disanimation,choicelessness and perplexity in their choice of careers.Even severe psychological problems arise.This paper probes into the exhibition of their psychological problems and the causes hereof,and puts forward some strategies for adjustment and accommodation. |
