| 摘 要： | 联机编目环境下，高校图书馆建立的书目数据主要是套录下载CALLS中文书目数据，但部分图书馆下载CALLS库中数据后，加上馆藏项就作为本地馆的书目数据投入使用。事实上，建立既符合书目数据的有关规定，又体现本地特点的书目数据库，是当前各个图书馆编目工作中的一个难点。然而，建立本地馆书目数据并非简单的复制，应对照在编文献，检查套录的数据是否准确、规范，在遵守书目数据有关规定的前提下，结合各馆自身的实际情况，做出必要的修改，体现本地化特色：

| Abstract: | In the online cataloguing environment,the bibliographic data established by university libraries is downloaded from CALIS bibliographic data. But some libraries couple collections item as the domestic bibliographic data and put into use after downloading data in CALIS database. In fact,the establishment of bibliographic database,which lines with the relevant provisions of bibliographic data and reflects local characteristics,is a difficult point of the cataloguing work in all libraries. However,establishing local bibliographic data is not only a simple reproduction,but should check whether the copy data is accurate and standardized against cataloguing literature. We should make the necessary changes according to the library own actual situation in compliance with the relevant provisions of bibliographic data to reflect the localization characteristics. |
