| 摘 要： | 在开放大学教师努力提升自己信息技术素养的时候,出现了片面崇尚"技术主义"的倾向,在信息技术应用中缺乏人文关怀。这不仅严重影响了教学效果和科研进展,而且也使自身的信息技术素养难以得到真正意义上的全面提升。要扭转这种广泛存在的不良倾向,开放大学教师应当树立在开放教育工作中"以学生为本"的观念,在信息技术的应用中加强人文关怀。

| Abstract: | Open university teachers show the tendency to unilaterally advocate the technicism and the sign of lacking humanistic concern in the information technology application when they are doing efforts to improve their information technology literacy. To reverse the bad tendencies, the open university teachers should establish the concept of ＂Student Centered＂ in the open education work, so as to strengthen the humanistic care in the application of information technology. |
