摘    要:目前,教师专业化和教师教育正经历着职前职后一体化的进程,因此应该将高师学生的师范学习阶段也纳入教师专业发展的历程,关注和促进教师职前专业自我的形成,这对尚处于虚拟关注阶段的高师学生的专业发展至关重要。面对高师学生专业自我形成中的明晰性、整合性与稳定性的不足,高师教育应改进人才培养观念,营造教师文化氛围,挖掘个体成长资源以促进高师学生的专业自我形成。
